Mr. Moran serves as President. Mr. Moran is registered as a civil engineer and as a geologist and is certified as a geotechnical engineer and as an engineering geologist in the State of California. He has more than 45 years of practical experience in soil engineering and engineering geology. He began doing business as an independent consultant in 1974 and incorporated in 1977.
The corporation employs geologists and engineers with academic training and practical experience in the geotechnical fields and the essential support staff. It maintains a library of technical publications for research, the equipment needed for field sampling and testing, and a laboratory for testing of the physical properties of soil and rock materials. Services offered include geological and geotechnical investigation, physical testing of materials, analysis, and consultation. In addition, the firm provides forensic and expert witness services.
